Outdoor/Garden Sessions

We are looking forward to the opportunity of returning to Face to Face work in the near future, with the possibility of Private garden/outdoor therapy, using the well ventilated summerhouse or the outdoor spaces here at Shambhala. At this time the indoor therapy room is not yet an option.

Effective online Therapy sessions to suit you

Currently, Online video, Telephone and email Appointments are available in 2021 until we are able to see clients in person again.
Skype and Zoom therapy sessions offer a flexible way to fit around you and provide support whenever and wherever you are.
So if you are unable to travel, are working away or live overseas or have a busy schedule we can tailor online sessions to suit your needs
Telephone, Zoom, Skype, Facetime and email therapy packages are available.

I understand it can feel rather daunting reaching out for help, perhaps you have mixed emotions about it, this is absolutely normal and I hope to put you at your ease as quickly as possible.
Therapy can be helpful for a wide range of issues, we work together at your pace for as many sessions as you need.
Life can feel demanding and we can sometimes feel as though we are not coping as well as we would like.
You may be experiencing Stress if you feel Confused, overwhelmed, anxious, depressed or angry, overthinking/worrying are common and can be a drain on our energy, leaving us feeling exhausted.
Stress can effect us physically and emotionally, sleep can be one of the first signs that you are suffering with stress and anxiety.
This can be your opportunity to talk about what is troubling you, explore your thoughts and feelings and most importantly, take action, maybe gaining new strategies to cope, increasing confidence or changing perspective could be of help.
