Online and Telephone appointments continue
As Government guidance changes and many restrictions are eased, personal responsibility regarding health and safety controls are now more important than ever.
After thorough consideration of all the guidance and evidence I have taken the decision to remain working online at this time.
The health and wellbeing of myself and my clients is my priority, therefore the increased risk of face to face appointments conflicts with the standard of care I adhere to.
There may be the opportunity of outside sessions in the near future, but this option will only be considered after an online or telephone Initial Consultation has taken place, so that I am aware of individuals health circumstances.

Telephone, Zoom, Skype, Facetime and email therapy packages are available.
It is perfectly reasonable to feel concerned at the moment, it is really rather sensible however, in order for you to live well, we need to keep a balance.
In times like these when it feels quite unreal, we start to feel that things are out of our control. This can lead to a sense of powerlessness, low mood, frustration and anxiety.
Now is the time to be our best selves, calm, in control and able to evaluate our best way forward.
It is good to have a plan, it helps us feel empowered, confident and reassured.

My method is non-judgemental & non-directive. I don’t give you advice, instead I listen & provide a supportive environment where you can find your own answers. You are the expert on you.
We work together to discover what thoughts/beliefs or behaviours may be holding you back and most importantly how to change them so that you feel happier and healthier.
As a therapist I believe individuals have a great capacity for self-healing & personal growth when provided with a nurturing environment in which they feel safe to explore, experience and expand their understanding. My role is to provide these conditions, warmth, respect, empathic understanding, compassion, authenticity and unconditional positive regard.
