Online, telephone and outdoor appointments continue
As Government guidance changes, personal responsibility regarding health and safety controls are now more important than ever.
After thorough consideration of all the guidance and evidence I have taken the decision to remain working mainly online at this time.
The health and wellbeing of myself and my clients is my priority, therefore the increased risk of indoor face to face appointments conflicts with the standard of care I adhere to.
Outdoor face to face sessions carry a much lower risk of transmission, therefore we have the option of working in the idyllic, peaceful surroundings of the Shambhala Practice gardens or well-ventilated summerhouse.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

It is perfectly reasonable to feel concerned at the moment, it is really rather sensible however, in order for you to live well, we need to keep a balance.
In times like these when it feels quite unreal, we start to feel that things are out of our control. This can lead to a sense of powerlessness, low mood, frustration and anxiety.
Now is the time to be our best selves, calm, in control and able to evaluate our best way forward.
It is good to have a plan, it helps us feel empowered, confident and reassured.

Talking therapies can help you see things more clearly, make choices, and move forward...
It can feel daunting, reaching out to a professional for help, but the fact that you are here, reading this, shows that you are hopeful that positive change is possible.
Life can feel demanding and we can sometimes feel overwhelmed, anxious, depressed or angry, overthinking/worrying can be a drain, leaving us feeling exhausted.
This can be your opportunity to talk about what is troubling you, explore your thoughts and feelings and take action, gain better strategies to cope or deal with issues. Create your own positive change and feel happier.
How can I help you to put your best foot forward?
My method is non-judgemental & non-directive. I don’t give you advice, instead I listen & provide a supportive environment where you can find your own answers. You are the expert on you.
We work together to discover what thoughts/beliefs or behaviours may be holding you back and most importantly how to change them so that you feel happier and healthier.
As a therapist I believe individuals have a great capacity for self-healing & personal growth when provided with a nurturing environment in which they feel safe to explore, experience and expand their understanding. My role is to provide these conditions, warmth, respect, empathic understanding, compassion, authenticity and unconditional positive regard.
